Everything else people usually ask.
Can't I just build this myself, or use AI?
Yes. A website builder or AI tool can make pages and a first draft of writing. I won't pretend otherwise. For some businesses, that's enough. The hard part is deciding what the page should say, and what should happen after someone lands there. The real question is whether that is the best use of your time, and whether it makes a stranger pick your business.
I don't have much content, photos, or reviews yet. Is that a problem?
No. Part of my job is figuring out what you already have, and what to collect next. Where proof is limited, the site earns trust through a clear process and honest words. Not fake claims.
Most of my business comes from referrals. Do I even need this?
Referrals move trust from one person to another. My goal is not to replace that. It is to back it up. When someone hears your name and looks you up, your site should match the trust the referral already built. Not weaken it.
My customers aren't really "online people." Does this still matter?
They may not spend all day online. But that does not mean they never search for your number, compare a couple of businesses, or check a review before calling. The question is whether they use what they find to decide who to trust.
Am I too small a business for this?
No. Nobody expects you to look like a big chain. What builds trust is looking like a real, well-run version of the business you already are. Done right, your size becomes a strength, not something to hide.
What if marketing works and I get more business than I can handle?
Growth only helps if your business can handle it, so the plan fits your real capacity. Sometimes the real goal is not "more leads." It is better leads, or fewer bad-fit calls eating up your week.
Will you communicate with me during the project?
You will always know what stage the project is in, what I am working on, and what I need from you next.
Is this going to sound like generic AI-written copy?
AI can help in the process, and I use it where it earns its place. But the final writing is judged on whether it fits your business and your customers. Not on whether a human typed every word.
Do you help with anything beyond the website itself?
For most clients, no. The Launchpad and The Accelerator plans cover the website and marketing. That's the right fit for most businesses. But for a select few owners, there's more. It's called The Inner Circle, and it's not listed as a default option. One person runs your whole back office, not just your website: bookkeeping, client tools, and billing, all handled for you. This tier is by application only, for owners who are ready for a real partner, not just another vendor.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. If you're already a client and you send someone my way who signs on, I move you up a tier, free. No extra invoice. That's true for The Launchpad, The Accelerator, and The Autopilot tiers. The $10,000 Inner Circle tier works a little differently. It's how I say thanks for trusting me with your business, and now maybe a friend's too. Details vary by tier, so just ask me when you're ready to send someone over.
Let's find out what your business needs.
One talk. No pressure. I won't assume a full website is even the right answer. If it's not, I'll tell you that too.
Start the ConversationNo. If you've met me, you know I don't push people. I hate being pressured myself, so I won't do that to you. I am also just not very good at the hard sell. I have tried. It is awkward for everyone. Book a call or fill out the form, whichever feels easier. Let's just talk.
I will follow up to set up a short call. Then we talk about your business.
Yes. You will leave with a clearer, honest picture of where you stand online. Worst case, you got a free opinion from someone who thinks about this too much.
