Websites & Marketing for Service Businesses

Your business is good. Your website should prove it.

You didn't build a reputation by accident. But right now, a stranger searching for what you do can't tell that from your website. I build sites and marketing systems that make good businesses look as credible online as they already are in person.

Let's Be Honest

Wait a second. Maybe people just don't know I'm here.

You know how to do the work. Your customers love you. But most people who would hire you have never heard of you, and being booked solid doesn't mean you're charging what you're worth.

Busy and well paid are not the same thing.

Before someone calls you, they ask one question. Is this safe? An old website does not say you are bad at your job. It just fails to say you are good. So they call someone else instead, whoever made it easy to say yes.

I know I'm good at the work. I just don't know how to show that to someone who's never met me.

That is the real problem I solve. Not more noise. A clear, honest reason to pick you.

Maybe you don't think you need a good website. You might already be great on the phone, in person, by word of mouth. But wouldn't better, higher paying customers help even more?

If that's already working, you probably don't need me. But if you're ready to grow, that's where I can help.

Fair Question

"Why don't I just build this myself?"

Honestly, you probably could. You're capable, and there's no shortage of tools out there that make it look easy. But easy to make and actually working for your business are two different things. Something thrown together in an afternoon can't know what your specific customers need to hear before they trust you. It gives you something that looks like everyone else, which is probably close to what got you here in the first place. The real question isn't whether you can build something. You clearly can. You run a business. The real question is this. Are you going to keep putting it off? Or are you going to do it now?

Find Out
Why I Do This Work

I didn't get into this to sell websites.

My husband runs his own business. When he started, I built and designed everything for him. He could have learned it eventually. He's smart enough. But every hour learning web design was an hour not doing the work that pays him.

"I wanted to set him up for success from day one. And he became successful."

That is why I start with your business instead of a template. I look at what you already do best. I look at what a stranger needs to hear before they trust you. Selling extras you don't need just makes the bill bigger. So I don't.

No team of designers, no ping pong table. Just one stubborn belief: a website should actually work.

Businesses Helped, By The End Of 2027

My goal is simple. Help 100 businesses by the end of 2027. Help them get found. Help them land better customers. Help them show the world how good they really are. That is what this is really about.

That's the why. Here's exactly how I make it real.

Why Work With Me

Random marketing tasks won't help your business grow.

A logo tweak here, a boosted post there, none of it adds up to anything. Random marketing tasks don't grow a business. They just make you feel like you did something.

What actually helps is someone who sees the whole picture. Someone who tells you what matters. And what doesn't, so you stop paying for it.

"At a big agency, you're a number. One account out of fifty, passed between departments like a game of telephone."

Work with me and you get a real, personal approach, not a formula with your logo dropped in. I only take a handful of projects at a time. I only have the one brain, and it's the same brain on your business every time. Not a rotating cast of interns you'll never meet.

  • I check your business first, before I suggest anything
  • I tell you the plan up front
  • Clear results, not vague "marketing"
  • Honesty about what won't help
  • Plain, simple updates
  • Real examples you can look at

Would you rather explain your business to a new stranger every time? Or to the same person who already knows it?

Meet The Person You'd Actually Work With
Fair Question

"You helped your husband. But will this work for a business like mine?"

His success was not just a website. His skill and reputation mattered too. But a clear message and steady visibility help any good business grow. Your plan gets built around your business and where you are starting from, not a copy of his.

Fair Question

"Haven't I already paid for leads and gotten burned?"

Maybe you have. Angie's List, HomeAdvisor, a Google ad that sent your lead to four other people first. That is renting attention, not marketing. A website is different. You own it, and it keeps working even after you stop paying for it. That is worth putting your next dollar into.

Fair Question

"What if something happens to you?"

Fair question, since it is just me. I keep clear records of every project, passwords, systems, all written down. If I am ever unavailable, you have what you need to keep going or hand it to someone else.

How This Works

You should never have to wonder what's happening with your project.

Have you paid for marketing before and gotten vague updates? That is a fair worry. I'm not going to vanish for six weeks and come back with an invoice and a shrug. Here is the whole plan, from your first message to long after your site goes live.

  • 00

You reach out, I check the fit

If it's not a good fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

  • 01

A real talk about your business

No pitch deck. Just plain questions about what you do and who you serve.

  • 02

What your business needs, and what it doesn't

A simple written list, before we ever talk price.

  • 03

    A plan you can read

What's included, what's not, the timeline, and what it costs. No fine print. You'll also know exactly how payment works before you agree to anything. Half to start, half at launch. No surprises in between.

  • 04

    Drafts, feedback, changes

You approve it at set times. You don't have to manage it.

  • 05

    Live, tested, and explained

You'll know exactly how the site works before it goes live.

  • 06

The relationship doesn't end when we launch

Check-ins, an open door, and a clear next step when you're ready.

On your time: you'll answer questions and review key decisions. That's it. You're not managing this project, I am.

If the whole process is this clear, what's actually stopping you?

Nothing. Let's Start
What This Actually Costs You

What is a bad website costing you?

Every visitor who leaves without calling is a customer you already earned. You just handed them to someone else. Nate's Handyman Company grew fast. He stayed booked six to ten weeks out, mostly without paying for ads. The website did what referrals usually do. It just never stopped working.

Services & Investment

What you're paying for.

This is not a template with your name on it, the kind where you can tell they just swapped the city and logo. Every plan starts the same way. A website that actually works. Here is exactly what each piece is worth, and what you actually pay.

The Inner Circle

Most businesses do not need this plan. If you are not sure, you probably don't need it, and I will tell you that on the call. But some owners want one person to run the back of the business too, not just the website. Here is what that looks like. No cape, no theme music, just the actual work.

The Investment
$10,000 to build it. $997 / mo to run it.

Cancel the ongoing part anytime. Almost nobody does, because by then it holds everything else together.

Hire a bookkeeper, a part-time assistant, and an agency, and none of them talk to each other:

Apply for This Tier

No instant checkout on this tier. Every application gets a real, personal look before anything is confirmed.

What this usually replaces
  • Your bookkeeper
  • Your marketing agency retainer
  • A part-time virtual assistant
  • Your web guy
  • The three subscriptions you forgot you're still paying for

Most owners pay five people to do five jobs. None of them very well. I am one person who does all five, and does them right.

  • Everything in The Autopilot. The website, content, reviews, SEO, and reports.
  • A written playbook of everything I set up for you. Passwords, vendors, and how each system works, all in one place. If you ever want to hand it off to someone else, nothing is a mystery.
  • Bookkeeping, set up and kept current. No more shoebox of receipts every March.
  • A client system, built and run for you. New clients, follow-ups, and reviews happen without you.
  • Invoicing and payments, cleaned up. One system. Not four half-used apps.
  • A direct line to me. Not a ticket line. Not a support inbox. Text or call.

Plus a real business email and phone line, a full check of your systems, a shared dashboard, a yearly site refresh, quarterly check-ins, hosting bundled to save you money, and more. See the full list.

Fair Question

"Couldn't I just get a $300 website instead?"

If a $300 site could fix this, you probably would not still be reading this page. You have likely already tried the cheap builder, and it came out looking like a thousand other sites, saying nothing about you. A cheap website is not wrong for every business. It is wrong for one that needs to be trusted, not just found.

Fair Question

"Do you only work with service-based businesses?"

No. Most of my work is with trades and consultants, but the same ideas work anywhere people need to trust a new name. That includes churches and nonprofits too.

Fair Question

"Are you going to lock me into a monthly retainer?"

No. The Launchpad and The Accelerator are one-time, full stop. Hosting has its own small cost, explained upfront. The Autopilot's ongoing help is month to month. It stays because it helps, not because you are locked in.

Need it faster? Add a rush fee to any tier for one-day turnaround. Ask about it.

For Current Clients

Know someone who needs this? Refer them and level up.

If you're already a client and you send someone my way who signs on, I move you up a tier. Free. No extra invoice. That's true for The Launchpad, The Accelerator, and The Autopilot tiers. The $10,000 Inner Circle tier works a little differently, see below. This is my way of saying thanks for trusting me with your business, and now maybe your friend's too.

  • On the Launchpad? Refer someone, and I add The Accelerator to your site for free.
  • On The Accelerator? Refer someone, and I move you toward The Autopilot.
  • On The Autopilot? Refer someone, and you get a free month of support.
  • Already on The Inner Circle? You get first pick of anything new I roll out.

One upgrade per referral. Ask me for the details when you're ready to send someone my way.

Ownership & Access

Your business shouldn't be trapped inside a system you don't control.

Here's how it actually works. I build and manage everything during the project. Once we're done and you're happy, I hand over full ownership. The domain, the hosting, all of it. You're never locked in. You just don't have to deal with account setup before we've even started.

Ownership clear. No lock-in. See Exactly What You'd Own
Quick Answers

A few things people always ask.

Can't I just build this myself, or use AI?

Yes. A website builder or AI tool can make pages and a first draft of writing. I won't pretend otherwise. For some businesses, that's enough. The hard part is deciding what the page should say, and what should happen after someone lands there.

I don't have much content, photos, or reviews yet. Is that a problem?

No. Part of my job is figuring out what you already have, and what to collect next. Where proof is limited, the site earns trust through a clear process and honest words. Not fake claims.

Next Step

Let's find out what your business needs.

One talk. No pressure. I won't assume a full website is even the right answer. If it's not, I'll tell you that too. Sometimes the actual advice is "you're fine, go back to work." Wild, I know, coming from someone who builds websites for a living.

Will I be pressured?

No. If you've met me, you know I don't push people. I hate being pressured myself, so I won't do that to you. I am also just not very good at the hard sell. I have tried. It is awkward for everyone. Book a call or fill out the form, whichever feels easier. Let's just talk.

What happens after I reach out?

I will follow up to set up a short call. Then we talk about your business.

Is this worth it even if we don't move forward?

Yes. You will leave with a clearer, honest picture of where you stand online. Worst case, you got a free opinion from someone who thinks about this too much.
