Work What I make Pricing Kind words About Start a conversation
what waiting costs

Every month you wait is a month someone else gets the call.

You already suspect something's off, or you wouldn't be reading a pricing page this closely. This isn't here to talk you into anything. It's here to make the actual investment easier to think about, honestly, before you get to a number.

what you're actually buying

Nothing gets lost in the handoff. There is no handoff.

A project like this typically touches a researcher, a copywriter, a designer, a developer, and someone managing the handoffs between all of them. Here, it's one person doing all of it directly. Nothing gets lost in translation, because there's no translation happening.

That's not a cost-cutting pitch. It's just a structurally different way of getting the same work done, and it's why one project can reasonably include everything below instead of quoting each piece separately.

  • Research & positioning
  • Copywriting
  • Design
  • Development
  • Search foundations
  • Conversion structure
  • Direct access to the person doing the work

Someone else felt this way too.

"I was starting from scratch, and I had only ever built WordPress sites. I had a million other things to focus on so I could grow my business. Hannah stepped in from day one, and everything she built immediately built trust with my customers. Hire Hannah today. It will be the best investment you make in your business."

the bigger picture

What's one lost customer actually worth?

Before you look at these prices, look at one of yours.

One of those choosing someone else instead of you is worth about

$2,500

At around 8 opportunities a month, that's roughly $20,000 a month moving through decisions like this one, in some direction.

Presence costs $1,499. Once.

This is a comparison of costs, not a promise about outcomes. I can't guarantee this website wins you that customer, only that it won't be the reason you lose them.

three ways to work together

Pick the one that sounds like you.

The one-day build

I like to start and finish while the project's still fresh. Before build day, you fill out a short project story form and send me the handful of things I actually need. By the time I sit down to build, I'm not guessing what you sell, waiting on a logo, or writing placeholder copy I'll have to redo later. Everything's ready. I build. You watch it come together in one sitting.

Look legitimate the moment someone checks you out.

  • Up to 5 pages
  • Clean, credible design
  • Mobile-ready
  • Basic search foundations
  • Contact set up properly

Choose this if

  • You're just getting started, or your needs are genuinely simple
  • You mostly need people to trust that you exist
  • You don't have multiple services competing for attention

Don't choose this if

  • You offer several distinct services
  • You're in a competitive local search market
  • You expect to outgrow this within a few months

Own substantially more search real estate in a competitive market.

  • 13–20 pages
  • Extensive search foundations
  • Up to 5 custom tools or integrations
  • Multi-location or multi-service architecture
  • Priority direct access

Choose this if

  • You compete in a crowded or multi-location market
  • You have several service lines that each need their own visibility
  • Search visibility materially affects your revenue

Don't choose this if

  • You operate in one location with one core offer
  • You haven't validated demand for the additional services yet

Want me to host it too?

The prices above are a one-time build fee. They don't include hosting, that's a separate, optional decision, and I want it to be an obvious one, not something you discover later.

If you'd rather not deal with hosting yourself, I can host and manage the site for a simple monthly fee, kept intentionally affordable. If you'd rather host it yourself, or take the finished site to your own provider, that's fine too. Either way, you own the site and everything in it. Hosting with me is a convenience, not a requirement.

Optional: $12/month

Cancel anytime. You're never required to host with me.

prep to launch

Four steps. One focused day in the middle.

01

Tell me the story

You fill out a project story form: the business, who it's for, what you're offering, what you want the site to actually do. Not homework, it's the reason build day can move fast.

02

Get everything ready

Assets, logins, content, decisions, all collected before I touch a single pixel. Nothing left for me to guess at halfway through.

03

Build day

I block the time and build the whole thing while it's fresh and in front of me. Not spread across three weeks of stop and start.

04

Review and launch

You look at the finished thing, we handle whatever needs adjusting, and it goes live. Then you choose: launch it with me hosting, or take it to your preferred host.

Build day is the concentrated part. Final launch timing can still depend on your review, requested revisions, DNS or domain access, or anything third-party that's outside my control. But the actual building? One sitting.

not sure which one

You don't have to diagnose yourself.

You don't have to land on the exact right tier before we talk. Tell me what's actually happening in your business, and I'll tell you honestly which level makes sense, including when the cheaper one is enough. I'd rather undersell you the right thing than oversell you the wrong one.

for bigger operations

The $10,000 Growth Engine.

$10,000

For businesses that have outgrown a single website: multiple locations, multiple service lines, or genuinely competing for search territory in a crowded market. It's the full system, research, content, custom tools, and search infrastructure, sized for that kind of operation.

Most businesses do not need this. If one of the three tiers above sounded like you, it's probably not this one. If none of them quite did, this might be worth a conversation.

Exact scope is defined per business; this isn't a fixed package the way the tiers above are.

how this actually works

The fine print, without the fine print.

Ownership

Everything, files, code, content, is yours when we're done. Nothing held hostage.

No lock-in

No required ongoing contract. You're free to leave whenever you want. Most people don't.

Direct access

You're working with me. Not an account manager relaying messages to someone else.

Clear scope

One fixed price, agreed before we start. No surprise invoices halfway through.

Is there a monthly fee?

Only if you want me to host the site. The build is a one-time project fee. Hosting is optional, $12 a month, cancel anytime. If you already have somewhere you want the site hosted, that's fine too.

Payment is split in half: 50% to start, 50% at launch.
